Infrastructure, Security, Product Owners, Client Service, and Operations to ensure our products are built, released, and deployed efficiently.\nYou will continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, enhance security, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery while helping teams adopt modern engineering practices.\nYour duties include, but are not limited to:\nDrive day-to-day DevOps activities including intake management, prioritization, planning, and delivery.\nWork across Development, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud Governance, and Operations teams to support ongoing initiatives and new product development.\nReview and enhance security practices related to source control, access management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.\nManage and administer tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Nexus, Grafana, LENS, and Dynatrace.\nCreate, manage, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines.\nTroubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes deployment, configuration, performance, and operational issues.\nMonitor and maintain the health, performance, availability, and security of Azure cloud resources.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.\nDesign and enhance our Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) frameworks.\nCollaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to develop highly available, scalable, and disaster recovery capable solutions.\nImprove observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance tuning practices.\nResearch new technologies, tools, and processes for possible adoption to improve DevOps, SecOps, and platform engineering capabilities.\nEnhance CI/CD standards, templates, and onboarding processes to accelerate project delivery.\nEvaluate and implement AI-assisted engineering solutions that improve developer productivity, automation, operational efficiency, and incident response.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and operational standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Engineering, or DevSecOps roles.\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\n3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).\n3+ years of experience with Kubernetes in production environments.\n3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation.\n3+ years of experience implementing security controls, vulnerability remediation, and secure software delivery practices.\n3+ years of experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.\n3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.\n3+ years of experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.\n3+ years of experience with deployment methodologies such as Blue/Green, Canary, Rolling Deployments, and Deployment Slots.\n3+ years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity management, and access controls.\nExperience troubleshooting complex distributed applications and cloud infrastructure.\nDemonstrated experience leading technical initiatives, driving engineering best practices, and influencing technical decisions across teams.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience with GitLab and Microsoft Azure DevOps.\n3+ years of Linux system administration and networking experience.\n2+ years of experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\nExperience implementing GitOps practices and workflows.\nExperience supporting platform engineering and developer self-service initiatives.\nExperience with container security, software supply chain security, and vulnerability management.\nExperience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve software delivery, automation, and operational efficiency.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.\nNice to
