As a Program Management Advisor within Cigna Healthcare Clinical, you will lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP). This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and scale initiatives that reduce health disparities. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers while partnering across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through closeout.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts to ensure clear accountability and on-time execution.\nSelect and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to meet initiative and stakeholder needs.\nLead governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives.\nProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution.\nPartner with stakeholders to manage scope changes and assess impacts to timelines, resources, and outcomes.\nPrepare concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates progress, risks, decisions required, and performance metrics.\nSupport adoption and sustainability of delivered solutions through effective change management and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience in healthcare, health equity, or population health with a deep understanding of equity-centered design principles.\nDemonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.\nProficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Project.\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive execution with minimal direction.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification (CSM, SAFe), or equivalent experience.\nExperience leading enterprise initiatives with executive visibility and measurable delivery outcomes.\nIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,400 - 159,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.\nThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.\nAt The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
