The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with teams to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and support Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS environments.\n\nSupport application migrations between domains and ensure successful integration with directory services.\n\nRespond to and help resolve critical Priority 1 incidents.\n\nPartner with application owners and technical teams to securely integrate applications with Active Directory and LDAP.\n\nImprove identity, access, and entitlement management through directory services technologies.\n\nProvide engineering leadership for infrastructure solutions across multiple locations and domains.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure compatibility and performance issues.\n\nWork with IT leaders and partner teams to develop strategies related to endpoint and infrastructure management.\n\nLead or support infrastructure projects and coordinate work with engineers, contractors, or vendors as needed.\n\nDesign and implement new technologies and enhancements to existing systems.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support to other engineers and support teams.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, system configurations, and program libraries.\n\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and technologies.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a large-scale environment with 10,000+ users.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and Windows Server technologies.\n\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Group Policy administration.\n\nExperience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and performing root cause analysis.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL Service Operations processes and best practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience with virtualization, networking, and operating systems is preferred.\n\nExperience with Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Skype/Lync, Citrix, and related tools is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and LDAP technologies is preferred.\n\nMicrosoft or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.\n\nPrevious experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions in a 24/7 global environment is highly desirable.\n\nWill be required to work on an on-call rotation.\n\nIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.\nAbout The Cigna Group\nDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
