# Infrastructure Engineering Advisor- Hybrid

eviCore Healthcare MSI, LLC seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Advisor for the Walnut Creek, CA location to design and develop Kafka-based data pipelines and messaging solutions to support real-time and near real-time data processing layer in the organization. Responsibilities: Configure, deploy, and monitor Kafka clusters. Collaborate with application partners to define solutions for applications and create integration patterns. Optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability and ensure security measures are implemented to secure infrastructure. Use automation to perform day to day operations to reduce man hours and operational burden. Diagnose and resolve errors in a timely manner not impacting customers. Hybrid work schedule. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in any Kafka systems administration role. Must have experience with: performing Kafka cluster build, including design, infrastructure planning, High Availability and Disaster Recovery; Implementing wire encryption using SSL, authentication using SASL/LDAP and authorization using Kafka ACLs in Zookeeper; Creating Kafka connect cluste
