The Cigna Group is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Center. In this hands-on role, you will help keep the building, equipment, and grounds safe and running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic installation work on building systems. This may include HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, painting, and carpentry. You will work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, communication, and good customer service are important. This position is performed onsite at one main location, with on-call support as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic installation work on building systems, equipment, and grounds.\nInspect, maintain, and repair building systems, including emergency generators, UPS systems, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, lighting, and plumbing.\nUse basic trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical work, and painting.\nMonitor building systems to help keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.\nComplete assigned work orders on time and provide good customer service.\nFollow company procedures when inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment.\nKeep accurate maintenance and repair records.\nRespond quickly to emergency situations and request additional help when needed.\nRespond to service calls, tickets, and requests from the site operations team.\nEscort contractors and vendors while they are working onsite.\nBuild positive working relationships and communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and internal customers.\nFollow all company safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, codes, regulations, and building safety requirements.\nUse basic financial and cost knowledge when supporting maintenance work.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ year of related maintenance experience and/or training.\nValid driver's license.\nHVAC experience preferred.\nAbility to read, understand, and review work documents and mechanical drawings.\nAbility to work safely around building equipment and systems.\nStrong commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.\nAbility to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire.\nBasic computer and mobile device skills.\nBasic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF tools.\nAbility to communicate clearly and work well with others.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.\nAbility to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and lift or carry 50 pounds or more.\nAbility to work onsite at one main location.\nAbility to work a set schedule, such as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with on-call support as needed.\nIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 29 - 43 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.\nThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.\nAt The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
