Responsibilities
- Support the daily readiness of pharmacy production equipment by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure safe, consistent operation
- Help maintain smooth workflow by identifying equipment issues early and following defined steps to resolve them or escalate when needed
- Operate designated equipment or service vehicles in alignment with safety and operational guidelines
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment that supports high-quality patient service
- Follow established procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring equipment is available when needed
- Build foundational technical knowledge through hands-on experience and guidance from team members
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability by completing assigned work on time and supporting team priorities
- Actively learn and apply feedback to improve performance and expand skill set over time
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in equipment support, operations, warehouse, or a related environment
- Ability to follow structured processes and work under close supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required (up to 40 lbs)
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to completing routine tasks accurately
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with production, pharmacy, or medical equipment
- Familiarity with cleaning, maintaining, or operating equipment in a regulated or operational setting
- Basic troubleshooting skills or exposure to equipment repair processes
- Comfort operating service vehicles or equipment used in operational environments
- Interest in developing technical skills and growing within Pharmacy Operations
