Hardy Drive, Tempe, Arizona\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Mountain Time\nReports to: Returns Supervisor\nWhat You'll Do\nWorking closely with the Returns Supervisor, you will:\nHelp coordinate daily workflow, workload, and operational priorities.\nProvide day-to-day process guidance and support to Returns Room employees.\nSupport onboarding, training, and cross-training.\nIdentify and communicate workflow, production, and quality concerns.\nResearch and process returned medications and prescription packages.\nCommunicate with patients and accurately document return-related activity.\nUse multiple systems to research and resolve operational and patient issues.\nReinforce SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, HIPAA requirements, and company policies.\nMaintain proficiency across Returns Room functions and provide hands-on operational support.\nContribute to continuous improvement and department initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrent and active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License\nCurrent PTCB certification\nPharmacy, healthcare, customer service, operations, or administrative experience\nMicrosoft Office and data-entry experience\nRequired Key Skills\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong organization and time management\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively\nAbility to provide clear process guidance to others\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move up to 25 pounds.\nFrequent movement throughout the work area.\nAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist..\nAbility to perform computer and data-entry work for extended periods\nWhat we Offer:\nHealth coverage effective day 1 (including medical, dental, vision).\n401(k) plan with company match.\nHoliday Pay and Paid Time Off.\nEducation/Certification Program (Grow to Thrive).\nCareer Growth and Advancement opportunities.\nPlease note: This position is fully on-site and does not permit remote work.
