Serves as a resource to supervisor and back up to cell owners and team members.\nWork Schedule: Sunday 7am-3pm; Mon-Thurs 11:30 am -8 pm\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure appropriate distribution of workload and workflow for assigned area including scheduling, shifting resources and back filling as needed.\n\nServe as the first line resource for questions/issues from team and cell owners, in coordination with supervisor; demonstrates leadership qualities consistent with the Evernorth values.\n\nEffectively manages issues impacting productivity of team members; including offering solutions, collaborating with others, communicating status and escalating as needed.\n\nAssist Supervisor in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that individual and team goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded.\n\nAssist in the development, documentation and updating of policies and procedures for Coordinators, including specific training and validation material; Assist in training and validating Automation staff regarding procedures, including one on one training and/or to group sessions as needed, Ensure that all team members are cross trained to cover production functions.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you need to do the job:\nCurrent Registered Florida Pharmacy Technician License.\n\nHigh School diploma or GED is required.\n\nExperience leading people or a team in warehouse setting is strongly preferred.\n\nGeneral PC knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email skills, preferred.\n\nKnowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.\n\nExperience troubleshooting problems in a pharmacy dispensing environment is preferred.\n\nStrong attention to detail with good organizational skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, troubleshoot problems and make decisions.\n\nWhat we offer:\nHealth coverage effective day 1 (including Medical, Dental and vision\n\n401(k) plan with company match\n\nHoliday Pay and Paid time off\n\nEducation/Certification Program (Grow to Thrive)\n\nCareer Growth and advancement opportunities\n\nPhysical Requirments:\nStand for lengthy periods.\n\nLift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. frequently.\n\nPerform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.\n\nWork may be in confined areas close to machinery.\n\nWork may be in performed in an environment with varying noise levels.\n\nPlease note: This position is fully on-site and does not permit remote work.
