The Product Strategy Advisor works collaboratively with multiple business partners across the enterprise to help manage product strategies that allow Express-Scripts’ clients to develop, grow, and enhance affordable medical and cross-benefit solutions.\nThe Product Strategy Advisor primarily supports the Director and the medical rebates team as the main contact for internal cross-functional partners and medical clients. In addition, the Product Strategy Advisor supports our medical product development, provides industry expertise for development of analytic tools, and supports participation in cross-functional initiatives and pilot opportunities as they arise.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nSupports the Director in managing medical rebate strategies for internal teams and client partners.\nServes as a first-line product team contact for account teams and client questions concerning medical drug strategy.\nMaintains up-to-date documentation of client strategy and buildout.\nProvide support for day-to-day client inquiries.\nPrepare materials and make strategic recommendations for client presentations for clients.\nAssists director in sales prospecting efforts.\nIDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:\nBachelor's degree in a related field required.\n5+ years of experience in managed care, PBM, health plans, or a related healthcare environment; healthcare industry experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of the PBM, managed care, and health plan landscape, including medical drug management, cross-benefit management, and medical data analysis.\nExperience with clinical data analysis, pharmacoanalytics, and/or other healthcare analytics preferred.\nProven ability to develop innovative solutions that drive client value and improve outcomes.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a strong team-oriented approach and commitment to client service.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly learn and utilize new technologies, reporting platforms, and analytic tools.\nFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a changing environment and take on new projects and responsibilities as needed.\nIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 102,700 - 171,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.\nThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.\nAt The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
