The role will primarily support\nSalesforce Health Cloud and its connected enterprise services.\nThis position operates in a fast-moving Agile environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable\nmanaging multiple concurrent priorities, working to demanding delivery timelines, maintaining a high level of\ncommitment and accountability, and representing the UAT team confidently and professionally in project and\ngovernance forums.\nThe role will also support the automation assets from approved tools and frameworks, including Cursor with\nVista and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, while ensuring appropriate human review, traceability, security and\nresponsible use of AI for agile CI/CD improvement based on best practices.\nKey areas of responsibility Approx\nTime\nBusiness Engagement, UAT Leadership and Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary UAT partner for Product Owners, SMEs and Delivery teams, building strong relationships and providing clear quality leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nLead UAT planning, test preparation, execution, defect management, release readiness assessments and business sign-off activities.\nRepresent the UAT function in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, backlog refinement sessions, governance forums and stakeholder meetings.\nReview and challenge business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure business outcomes are clear, testable and aligned with customer expectations.\nDesign and execute end-to-end business-focused test scenarios covering Salesforce Health Cloud functionality, customer journeys, business processes, integrations and downstream impacts.\nAssess the impact of new releases, platform changes and cross-team dependencies, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate test coverage.\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, Developers and QA teams to investigate issues, clarify requirements and support timely resolution of defects.\nCommunicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, quality concerns and release recommendations to both business and technology stakeholders.\nSupport and mentor SMEs and business testers, ensuring testing activities are executed consistently and evidence is captured appropriately.\nAbout The Cigna Group\nCigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
