As the Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Data, Digital & AI Officer and senior leadership team, you will be a trusted partner, thoughtful problem solver, and steady presence in a fast-moving environment.
You will anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and create the structure that helps leaders and teams work at their best. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Provide trusted, high-level support to the Chief Data, Digital & AI Officer and senior leaders while handling sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
Own complex calendars and meeting priorities, resolving conflicts and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Coordinate executive meetings and events from planning through follow-up, including logistics, technology, materials, minutes, decisions, and action items.
Partner with the Chief of Staff, operations leads, executive assistants, technical support, communications, travel, and real estate teams to create seamless leader and team support.
Plan thoughtful travel experiences, manage expenses, and coordinate related logistics using company travel and expense systems.
Support onboarding, offboarding, equipment, workspace, access, distribution lists, SharePoint, and communication channels for employees and contractors.
Create polished correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other executive-ready materials.
Coordinate vendor payments, invoices, delegated transactions, and department administration with accuracy and accountability.
Lead or support team programs, events, philanthropy, and special projects that strengthen connection and culture.
Anticipate issues, secure the right support, and recommend practical solutions that keep work moving forward.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive support, senior-level administration, project coordination, or a related field.
Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and confidential information.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, adjust priorities, solve problems, and use sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of integrity, accountability, discretion, resourcefulness, and follow-through.
Interest in using Microsoft Copilot and continuing to build AI and digital skills.
Experience supporting virtual teams and working effectively across levels and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex, or Fortune 500 organization.
Experience with tools such as Concur, Workday, SharePoint, and enterprise communication platforms.
Experience supporting team programs, executive events, vendor processes, or cross-functional projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, administration, or a related field.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 36 - 54 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
