Extreme focus on speed to market and getting Products and Services in the hands of customers and passion to transform healthcare is key to the success of this role.\nResponsibilities\nArchitecture & Design: Design and architect enterprise-grade data analytics solutions, with a strong focus on building scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS. Ensure that the solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.\n\nData Pipelines & Validation: Develop and implement effective data pipelines, processes, and validation mechanisms that support enterprise-level data analytics. Ensure these pipelines are resilient, scalable, and optimized for performance.\n\nProject Leadership: Lead project teams in setting technical direction for large-scale data initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization to ensure the successful delivery of data and analytics projects.\n\nCollaboration & Liaison Role: Serve as the key liaison to overseas HIH resources working across various data and analytics projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nBest Practices & Governance: Advocate for and enforce best practices, including data governance, security standards, and guidelines within all projects. Drive adherence to architectural principles while promoting a focus on quality, security, and performance.\n\nAttention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail when designing systems, ensuring that every component adheres to organizational standards and operates seamlessly.\n\nProactive Mindset & Problem-Solving: Possess a proactive approach, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for optimization. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop data and analytic solutions.\n\nCross-Functional Communication: Convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Skills:\nData Architecture & Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience in building large-scale cloud infrastructure, particularly in AWS, with deep knowledge of key services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, and others.\n\nPipeline & Process Design: Strong background in designing robust data pipelines, validation mechanisms, and workflows that support enterprise-scale data processing and analytics.\n\nSoftware Engineering Principles: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
