They devise and modify procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the form of desired results. In this role, you can expect to design, code, test and debug within programs. This position may perform systems analysis functions and support and provide direction to more junior professionals. This role has high levels of autonomy, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Application Development. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest technologies and development techniques.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipates in troubleshooting and problem resolution.\n\nAligns engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and supports the application’s requirements.\n\nPlans and implements procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.\n\nTakes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.\n\nProvides leadership to the team to achieve the following objectives:\n\nDesign, configuration, implementation of middleware products and application design / development within the supported technologies and products.\n\nProactive monitoring and management design of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.\n\nMaximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired Skills:\nJava Developer - Springboot, React JS, Openshift, AWS, RestAPI, Microservices, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Orchestrator, Git, MQ, JBOSS AS, Batch processing, Drools, Rule engine, BAMOE. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.\n\nStrong influencing/negotiation skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal/relationship management skills.\n\nStrong time and project management skills.\n\nFamiliarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.\n\nFamiliarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.\n\nRequired Experience & Education:\n6-10 years of experience\n\nProven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.\n\nCollege degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.\n\nDesired Experience:\nHealthcare experience,\n\nLocation & Hours of Work: 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST\n\nFull-time position, working 45 hours per week.
