This role will partner with Transition Managers, Operations Leaders, Training, Quality, HR, IT, and Compliance teams to coordinate project activities, maintain governance structures, track deliverables, and ensure seamless transition execution from planning through stabilization.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination capabilities, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Planning\nSupport end-to-end transition and migration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.\nCoordinate project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\nMaintain project schedules, action trackers, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, and status reports.\nTrack project progress against established timelines and escalate risks or delays appropriately.\nGovernance & Reporting\nOrganize governance meetings, steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder forums.\nPrepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications.\nDevelop dashboards and project reporting packs for leadership review.\nEnsure timely closure of action items and maintenance of project documentation.\nTransition Execution Support\nCoordinate knowledge transfer (KT), training, shadowing, reverse-shadowing, and operational readiness activities.\nTrack completion of transition tollgates, sign-offs, and readiness assessments.\nPartner with operations leaders to monitor ramp-up, productivity, quality, and stabilization activities.\nSupport cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare tracking.\nCross-Functional Stakeholder Management\nAct as a central coordination point between Operations, HR, Training, Workforce Management, IT, Quality, Compliance, and external stakeholders.\nFacilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.\nEscalate issues proactively and facilitate resolution with relevant stakeholders.\nRisk & Compliance Management\nMaintain project risk registers and mitigation plans.\nSupport compliance with internal governance, regulatory, and operational requirements.\nEnsure appropriate documentation, approvals, audit trails, and process controls are maintained throughout project execution.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve transition methodologies, reporting, governance, and project management practices.\nSupport post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.\nAssist in standardizing templates, trackers, and best practices across projects.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field.\nExperience\n2 to 5 years of experience in:Project Coordination\nPMO Support\nBusiness Process Transitions\nOperations Excellence\nShared Services / BPO / Healthcare Operations\n\nPreferred Experience\nHealthcare operations environment.\nGlobal delivery or shared services organizations.\nTransition, migration, outsourcing, or transformation programs.\nKey Skills\nProject Management\nProject planning and coordination\nRisk and issue management\nStakeholder management\nGovernance management\nDocumentation and reporting\nResource coordination\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\nPowerPoint\nMicrosoft Project / Smartsheet (preferred)\nPower BI (preferred)\nSharePoint\nMicrosoft Teams\nSoft Skills\nStrong organizational skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nAttention to detail\nAnalytical thinking\nProblem-solving capability\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\nStrong relationship-building skills\nSuccess Measures\nThe successful candidate will be measured on:\nOn-time completion of transition milestones\nAccuracy and timeliness of project reporting\nEffective management of action items and governance processes\nStakeholder satisfaction\nRisk identification and mitigation effectiveness\nQuality of project documentation and transition artifacts\nSuccessful support of go-live and stabilization activities\nWhat We Offer\nAt Cigna Healthcare, you will work on strategic global transition programs that impact operational excellence and business transformation.
