This role owns the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for new services, applications, and features. Serving as a critical liaison between internal subject matter experts and support units, the Specialist designs client delivery readiness processes, analyzes performance metrics, and ensures strict adherence to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks.\nAbout The Clearing House: The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. is a bank-owned industry utility that shapes the payments landscape and provides infrastructure for safe, reliable, and efficient payments. The Clearing House operates four payment systems: a high-value wire-transfer system (the CHIPS® network), the country’s first and largest instant payments system (the RTP® network), an automated clearinghouse network (the EPN® network), and a check image exchange network (the Image Exchange Network). TCH also operates a bank account number tokenization service, runs a payments association known as the TCH Payments Authority, and maintains the rules for private-sector check image exchange through its ECCHO® business line.\nQualifications Required\nBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related analytical field.\n3+ years of financial industry experience, specifically within payments, with a proven track record of documenting complex operational processes and product requirements.\nProficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing workflows in Jira.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite.\nExceptional analytical problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication skills.\nQualifications Desired\n5+ years in a dedicated analytics or operations role within a banking or fintech environment.\nDeep understanding of electronic payment systems, core banking technology, and testing frameworks.\nStrong working knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Governance policies within the financial services sector.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nAuthor, optimize, and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework and all associated program documentation.\nDesign, evaluate, and publish executive management reports, monthly key metric dashboards, and comprehensive audit reports.\nPartner with internal cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts to architect, map, and standardize operational workflows.\nOversee that client certification scripts, testing documentation, and deployment checklists are rigorous and fully executed; lead the annual review of Client Delivery Readiness operational procedures.\nDefine training requirements and facilitate high-level knowledge-transfer sessions between product/technology teams and support staff.\nSuccess Factors & Job Competencies\nAbility to dissect complex functional and technical specifications to independently identify systemic support, documentation, and monitoring requirements.\nAdvanced analytical skills to perform variance analysis between expected application behavior and actual production results.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver high-impact results under tight schedules.\nStrong leadership and consultative skills to align diverse technical experts and synthesize conflicting requirements into cohesive production support strategies.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Candidates will report to the office three days each week.
