TCH has provided critical services to the banking industry since 1853, and today, our core products facilitate services including Direct Deposit of payroll, bill payments, and check image exchange.\nQualifications Required:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience\nCandidate requires minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience\nCandidate requires minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications\nExperience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies\nDefinitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messaging\nMust be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice\nMust be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner, including technical writing skills\nAbility to work with all levels within the organization\nStrong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered\nProficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project\nProven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nLead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or products\nDevelop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirements\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage\nIdentify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolution\nTest new product software application or enhancements to existing software application\nMaintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metrics\nImplement improvements in testing processes that reduce risk and drives efficiencies\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns\nDevelop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation for end-users\nConduct system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are met\nMonitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvement\nDevelopment of onboarding and implementations project plans\nDevelopment of test cases and supporting documentation against requirements experience\nAbility to continuously enhance testing criteria and results reporting\nAs directed, undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time\nAbility to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirable\nPhysical demands and work environment:\nWork is generally sedentary in nature.
