The work will influence how AI is governed, scaled, and adopted across the enterprise.\nWork with Leading AI Technologies\nDevelop solutions using Microsoft's newest AI platform technologies, including:\nCopilot Studio\nAzure AI Foundry\nAgentic AI architectures\nRAG and enterprise knowledge systems\nAI orchestration and automation frameworks\nCreate Platforms, Not One-Off Solutions\nInstead of building individual applications, you'll create reusable capabilities, frameworks, and engineering patterns that enable dozens of future AI use cases across the business.\nEnd-to-End Ownership\nOwn the full lifecycle from design and development through deployment, monitoring, optimisation, and operational excellence.\nCross-Functional Influence\nPartner with senior leaders, architects, security teams, product owners, data engineers, and business stakeholders to solve high-value business challenges.\nSolve Real Business Problems\nBuild AI capabilities that improve decision-making, automate complex workflows, increase productivity, and create measurable business value.\nWhat we look for:\nExperience\n7-10 years software engineering, platform engineering, data/AI engineering, automation, or cloud application development; 5-7 years with MS/PhD acceptable.\n3+ years building cloud-native applications, APIs, automation, data/AI solutions, or platform services.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Python/TypeScript/C#, GitHub/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, API integration, telemetry, and secure development practices.\nExperience in backend engineering tasks such as building token-based authorization frameworks and integrating enterprise-grade IAM solution.\nSkills\nCopilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, agent orchestration, prompt/tool design, RAG, Azure AI Search, function apps, app services, containers, and deployment automation.\nSoftware engineering depth in Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, YAML, IaC, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, testing and observability.\nExperience implementing reusable agent skills, action connectors, approval flows, eval tests, troubleshooting runtime and tool-call failures.\nProduct mindset, ownership, documentation, agile delivery and ability to translate business needs into working agent capabilities.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, Finance, Business Analytics or relevant stream.
