You’ll collaborate across Supply Chain, R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to solve complex problems and turn technical insights into business results.Up to 30% travel.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead Process and Material Initiatives\nDevelop and execute plans for material qualifications, manufacturing trials, process changes, and production start-ups.\n\nEnsure technical work is completed with appropriate process rigor, documentation, and change management.\n\nTranslate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.\n\nSolve Manufacturing and Product Challenges\nApply structured problem-solving, data analysis, and root-cause analysis to address process, material, and product-quality issues.\n\nDesign test plans, analyze results, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions.\n\nSupport rapid issue resolution to protect product availability and manufacturing performance.\n\nProvide Technical and Project Leadership\nIndependently lead small- to medium-sized projects and serve as the process expert on larger initiatives.\n\nEstablish priorities, coordinate activities, and proactively remove barriers to project execution.\n\nCommunicate project status, technical risks, decisions, and next steps to key stakeholders.\n\nPartner Across Functions and Manufacturing\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, suppliers, and other business partners.\n\nInfluence cross-functional teams to align on technical approaches and deliver successful outcomes.\n\nBuild trusted relationships and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.\n\nDevelop and share expertise related to materials, manufacturing processes, and equipment interfaces.\n\nSupport a collaborative, innovative, and change-ready team culture.\n\nWhat we look for:\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material qualification, product quality, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.\n\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including experimentation, root-cause analysis, data interpretation, and risk assessment.\n\nExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience working with enterprise systems such as JMP, PLM, ERP, or related data management tools.\n\nSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindset who can lead through influence and adapt quickly to changing business needs.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product development, technical services, or a related technical role, preferably within consumer products, chemicals, or a similar industry.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional projects involving process changes, material qualifications, product launches, manufacturing improvements, or supply assurance initiatives.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Chemical Engineering is preferred.
