Working as part of our delivery teams, you will collaborate with clients and colleagues to solve business challenges through innovative digital workflows and automation.\nYou will have the opportunity to contribute to customer projects, enhance your technical skills, and help expand The Cloud People’s App Engine capabilities and service offerings.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow App Engine solutions following platform best practices.\n\nBuild and configure low-code applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using ServiceNow App Engine.\n\nCollaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues while supporting ongoing platform enhancements.\n\nContribute creative ideas and innovative approaches to solving business challenges through digital workflows and automation.\n\nWork closely with senior developers, architects, and consultants throughout project delivery.\n\nParticipate in Agile project activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, and solution documentation.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of The Cloud People’s ServiceNow App Engine offerings and best practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1+ years of experience working with ServiceNow App Engine implementations or ServiceNow development projects.\n\nGood understanding of the ServiceNow platform, development principles, and platform best practices.\n\nExperience configuring and developing applications within ServiceNow.\n\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, REST and SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.\n\nStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.\n\nStrong communication skills and willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.\n\nExperience working in Agile and Scrum environments is considered an advantage.\n\nCertifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is considered a strong advantage.\n\nRequirements\nFluent in English and Portuguese.\n\nAbility to work within GMT-1 / Central European Time (CET) business hours.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed global team.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nExposure to App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Creator Workflows.\n\nKnowledge of ITSM, Employee Workflows, or Customer Workflows.\n\nExperience working with low-code/no-code development platforms.\n\nInterest in expanding expertise across the broader ServiceNow platform.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation\n\nHybrid model for onsite/remote work\n\nAn energetic environment with a lot of social happenings\n\nPersonal development;
