intelligence features\n- Implement Service Catalog items, automated workflows, and approval logic\nCustom Development & Scripting\n- Write, test, and debug server-side and client-side JavaScript\n- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.\nIntegrations\n- Design and develop integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and secure data exchange patterns\n- Configure data mappings and ensure proper security controls\nData & CMDB Management\n- Build or extend data models, tables, schema, and relationships\n- Manage CMDB and other platform data structures\n- Handle data import/export and transform logic\nQuality & Delivery\n- Work in agile delivery frameworks\n- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing\n- Participate in deployment activities\n- Challenge and refine suboptimal requirements or designs in collaboration with architects and customers\n- Produce technical documentation for handover and support\nWhat we are looking for\n- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in implementation or DevOps environments\n- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform components, and best practices\n- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks\n- Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, authentication protocols)\n- Understanding of Workflow/Flow Designer, UI
