We offer a broad range of services around the ServiceNow platform, from consulting and implementation to migration and managed services.\nOur unique culture has been the key to our success: we genuinely believe that work should be fun in order for people to perform at their very best.\nAbout the Role\nAs a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ITOM capabilities while ensuring alignment with platform best practices and customer requirements.\nYou will work as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams to implement scalable solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Management, and Automation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on business and technical requirements.\n\nConfigure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health Log Analytics, and CMDB capabilities.\n\nDevelop workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.\n\nSupport CMDB and CSDM adoption through data modeling, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.\n\nTroubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nParticipate in technical design workshops, code reviews, and deployment activities.\n\nContribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow practice.\n\nStay current with new ServiceNow releases, ITOM capabilities, and emerging technologies related to Autonomous IT and AIOps.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\n\nStrong experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including:\nDiscovery\n\nService Mapping\n\nEvent Management\n\nCMDB\n\nCSDM\n\nExperience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:\nJavaScript\n\nBusiness Rules\n\nScript Includes\n\nFlow Designer\n\nIntegrationHub\n\nUI Policies\n\nClient Scripts\n\nExperience working with REST and SOAP integrations.\n\nGood understanding of infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.\n\nFamiliarity with AIOps, observability, monitoring, and automation solutions is considered an advantage.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in international and cross-functional teams.\n\nServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (CIS-ITOM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.\n\nFluent in English and Portuguese.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nExperience with ITSM and ITAM modules.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow DevOps processes and CI/CD practices.\n\nExposure to ServiceNow AI, AIOps, or Autonomous IT capabilities.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation\n\nHybrid model for onsite/remote work\n\nAn energetic environment with a lot of social happenings\n\nPersonal development;
