The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an experienced Associate Manager at the Coca-Cola retail store in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
Our store in Lake Buena Vista is located at Disney Springs andserves as a beacon for the millions of consumers who pass it.Our stores offer guests the opportunity to experience our brand in a unique and experiential way. They can purchasea wide array of branded merchandise, including housewares, apparel, accessoriesand one-of-a-kind art pieces. We also operatea Fountain bar where guests can experience beverages from around the world and taste great mocktails featuring our products.
As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible forleading the end-to-end operationof the Soda Fountain barin a dynamic, high traffic, tourist environment. You will be responsible forcultivating a highly engaged workforce to deliver exceptional guest experiences and memorable moments for every shopper!
Position Overview:
To direct all activities requiredto achieve business goals at the soda fountain bar, including beverage sales objectives, guest service, staffing, inventory management, and presentation of the bar and merchandise.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Drive all aspects of soda fountain bar sales and profitability.
Assistin recruiting, selecting, and training a team of qualified, dedicated, and professional bar associates based on established core competencies.
In partnership with the Senior Manager, lead and inspire the team through effective coaching and development to create a high-performance service environment.
Maintain all standards of bar operations including cleanliness, safety, inventory control, human resources, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Assistin managing the execution and adherence to all corporate programs and beverage promotions.
While Manager on Duty (MOD), overseeall aspects ofstore and bar operations including staffing, guest service, beverage preparation, stock management,retail salesand compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure all company standards are met and adhered to by all employees.
While MOD,regularly reviewdaily key performance metrics with staff to drive profitability and service excellence.
Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance withcompany policies.
Occasionally perform sales transactions (ringing purchases, processing payments, counting cash).
Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
Required Functional Skills:
Guest Service Leadership: Train associates on guest service expectations specific to a soda fountain environment. Conduct regular service observations and provide coaching for improvement.
Bar Presentation & Merchandising: Partner with the Senior Managerto implement visual and product standards, ensuring the bar is inviting and well-stocked.
Staff Management: Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and business goals. Supervise floor coverage and activities, including opening and closing the bar.
Labor Management: Ensure labor plans are met by cross-utilizing employees and adjusting coverage based on guest traffic.
Inspirational Leadership: Model company values and behaviors to foster a positive, engaging work culture.
Inventory & Stock Control: Direct replenishment of ingredients and supplies. Maintain knowledge of stockroom layout and inventory control systems.
Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management. Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations.
Sales Knowledge: Apply upselling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Payroll Awareness: Operatethe soda fountain bar within payroll and budgetary guidelines.
Physical Demands:
Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods (2-4 hours).
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbsfrequently.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and stair climbing.
Able to use a computer for extended periods (4-6 hours).
Educational Requirements and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3 years of experience in a fast-paced food or beverage service environment.
Minimumof 2 years' people management experience in hospitality or retail.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to successfully pass credit, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Pay Range:
United States: 77,600 - 90,500 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
