Operating within a highly matrixed global organization, the Director will collaborate closely with platform engineering, Digital Product teams, Data & AI, and regional technology teams to drive consistent adoption of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices\nThe Director will play a critical role in enabling faster time-to-market by standardizing architecture approaches, reducing complexity, and guiding the evolution of cloud capabilities that directly support business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, maintain, and evolve cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable solution patterns aligned with enterprise digital and data strategies.\nDefine integration and interoperability standards across multi-cloud environments, enterprise platforms, and business-critical applications.\nLead architecture design and oversight for cloud solutions across products and platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.\nEstablish enterprise reliability architecture standards, including service tiers, service-level indicators and objectives (SLIs/SLOs), error-budget policies, recovery objectives, capacity planning, and failure-mode analysis.\nPartner with Digital Product and engineering teams to embed cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containers, and API-first designs.\nDrive consistency and reuse by promoting standardized design patterns that accelerate delivery and reduce duplication across global teams.\nGuide application and infrastructure modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy systems to cloud-based architectures.\nCollaborate with Data & AI teams to ensure cloud architecture supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads\nAdvance Zero Trust architecture principles, platform security controls, identity-first design, and secure software supply chain practices.\nParticipate in architecture governance forums and review boards, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and long-term technology direction.\nInfluence DevOps, automation, and platform engineering practices to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.\nDefine reusable observability and production-readiness patterns-including telemetry, SLO-based alerting, resilience testing, automated recovery, runbooks, and blameless post-incident learning-and embed them into cloud platforms and paved delivery paths.\nBuild and strengthen cloud architecture capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and adoption of modern best practices.\nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.\n8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise technology roles.\nProven experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions in complex, matrixed environments.\nStrong expertise in cloud architecture principles, including scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization.\nExperience designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures at enterprise scale, including SAP Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nSolid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and standardization approaches.\nFamiliarity with Zero Trust frameworks, cloud security posture management (CSPM), and infrastructure-as-code security controls.\nExperience enabling application modernization using cloud-native technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.\nDemonstrated experience applying SRE and resilience-engineering practices at enterprise scale, including SLOs, error budgets, observability, production-readiness reviews, incident learning, and disaster-recovery architecture.\nAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights.\nDemonstrated digital and data fluency, including familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven workloads.\nThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
