Director Revenue Growth Management– France

As Director of RGM for France, you will lead the development and execution of market-wide RGM strategies across all channels-retail and Away From Home (AFH)-to accelerate profitable growth. This role requires strong commercial orientation, advanced analytics capability, and the ability to embed digital tools and AI into decision-making. AFH is a major growth driver in France, so we are seeking a leader who can manage the full RGM spectrum while bringing the expertise or agility to optimize this complex and competitive channel.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Lead the end-to-end RGM agenda for France, ensuring strategies deliver profitable growth across Retail and AFH channels.
• Develop pricing, pack architecture, and promotional frameworks tailored to channel dynamics, consumer occasions, and brand positioning.
• Apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven tools to optimize trade investment and improve ROI on promotions across all channels.
• Prioritize AFH growth by integrating system levers-such as equipment strategy, route-to-market design, and occasion-led portfolio solutions-within RGM planning.
• Partner with marketing, commercial, and bottler teams to co-create channel strategies that drive incidence, availability, and customer profitability.
• Embed scenario planning and financial simulation into decision-making processes to enhance agility in a rapidly evolving market.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture by piloting innovative RGM techniques and scaling successful models into core operations.
• Maintain a forward-looking perspective on market conditions, competitive actions, and regulatory trends to adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or commercial roles in FMCG or relevant industries.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel complexity, including demonstrated capability or strong potential to lead AFH strategies.
• Advanced analytics skills and familiarity with AI-driven tools, pricing engines, and data science applications for trade optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in scenario planning, P&L impact assessment, and investment effectiveness analysis.
• Track record of influencing stakeholders in a matrix ecosystem-partnering across marketing, finance, supply chain, and system bottlers.
• Ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities to translate analytical insights into compelling commercial narratives.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
