Maintaining all the assets in the plant for better utilization by fulfilling all company procedures and requirements for Quality, safety& loss prevention and GMP’s.\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:\nComply with all company policies and regulations and International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, FSSC 22000, KORE and WPR Policy.\nMonitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan and regularly updating the plan according to the machine condition and history.\nEnsuring minimizing the breakdowns by minimizing the response time and reaching the optimum solution in minimum time.\nImplementing the excellence in maintenance EXIM by executing the TIPlan on time.\nEnsuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.\nManage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.\nEnsure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of Service and Quality defects, and all audit non-conformances.\nTake responsibility for Performance Management of Team members, establishing clear objectives and continuously reviewing to ensure execution.\nThis position also actively participates and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement teams in operations.\nResponsible for PM budget adherence and providing year on year efficiencies\nContributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, cost effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered\nparticipates and contributes to the success of the site reliability improvement program and the continuous improvement teams in operations.\nUtilizing SAP maintenance module for managing the PM program and extracting the reports.\nEnsuring achieving the plants KBIs and the department performance measures.\nProvide assistance to develop and setup the predictive and proactive maintenance program for the plant in all mechanical & Electrical areas\ndevelop, communicate and maintain a workable and forward schedule to balance work requirements and site priorities across production needs and maintenance resource constraints\nAnalyze maintenance performance and recommends actions to improve performance\nAids develop and setup all predictive and preventive maintenance programs in all mechanical and Electrical areas\nSchedule and plan mechanical tests, preventive, current and major repairs.
