This role works to ensure speed-to-market, governance, reduced manual work, and quality compliance through technology-enabled packaging workflows.\nThe Manager collaborates with Sr. Manager’s - Packaging Workflow Technologists (PWT), Marketing, Design, Packaging Graphics, Legal/SRA, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to operate and maintain efficient and accurate workflows with real-time visibility, while providing proper support for system users.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Lead responsible for overseeing packaging graphics workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, serving as a platform expert. Partner with PWT Sr. Manager’s to help influence system configurations, templates, and reporting to ensure stability and optimize performance.\nManage routine workflow operations, including tracking milestones, drafting briefs, securing approvals, and coordinating proofs for innovation and base business packaging projects.\nMonitor quality standards for branded packaging and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and design integrity requirements.\nUtilize workflow optimizations such as AI-enabled features (e.g., compliance checks, proofing accelerators) to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to support packaging briefing excellence and ensure accurate translation of brand strategy into workflow inputs.\nEnsure that all packaging workflows and assets meet compliance requirements, including trademark integrity and brand consistency, and that all approvals are documented in Workfront or Esko Web Center.\nSupport governance routines, such as pipeline reviews and risk assessments, by preparing operational insights and reports.\nREQUIREMENTS:\n5 years of experience in Project Management, packaging graphics, Marketing Operations, workflow management, or creative/production operations required.\nUnderstanding of packaging development workflows, including prepress, color management, and print production processes required\nExperience with workflow design and administration in Workfront, Esko Web Center, or similar tools required\nFamiliarity with automation, AI tools, digital proofing, or workflow integrations is a plus.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams.\nAnalytical and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain and improve reporting tools and workflow visibility.\nProficiency with workflow tools like Adobe Workfront.\nKnowledge of Esko Web Center or other packaging workflow platforms.\nFamiliarity with digital proofing solutions and color management tools.\nWhat We Offer\nA collaborative environment where you’ll play a key role in optimizing tech-enabled packaging workflows.\nOpportunities to work with iconic brands and leverage modern MarTech tools to improve speed-to-market.\nA chance to contribute to process innovation and enhanced operational excellence in a high-performing team.\nThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
