This rolepartners closely withbusinessR&D, Quality, and Regulatorystakeholders to analyze analytical and operational requirements, develop logical data models, and deliver scalable solutions across SAPPLM(Recipe and Development Mgmt.),SAPMDG, and MasterAzure/Power Platformtools,while ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance, quality, and compliance standards.The ideal candidate bridges technical development with business processes-the Manager, PLM Developer oversees the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and reports using Azure and Power BI, enabling actionable business insights.\n What You'll Do for Us:\nAnalyze business formulation, specification, and regulatory requirements to develop logical data models and technical designs within SAP PLM and Master Data platforms.\n\nDesign, customize, configure, and test SAP PLM applications (Recipe Development, Specification Management, Property Trees) to meet R&D and product governance needs.\n\nDevelop custom extensions, workflows, and simplified user interfaces (e.g., SAP Fiori / UI5) to enhance formulator user experience during recipe authoring.\n\nDeveloping data analytics products and engaging with the Data governance team to define required data quality controls and DevOps process forPLM Masterdata products.\n\nAnalyzing business processes andidentifyingopportunities for automation.\n\nInteracting with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement suitable solutions.\n\nCustomizing,configuring, andtestingapplications to meet business needs.\n\nCreating data-driven dashboards and reports using Azure, Power BI for business insightsinto recipe statuses, ingredient compliance, and project lifecycles.\n\nSupport data migration initiatives (e.g., mapping raw material and recipe specs from legacy systems like Oracle Agile P4P into SAP PLM).\n\nBuilding workflows, automatingprocessesand data integrity checks using Power Automateand SAP workflow tools.\n\nDeveloping virtual agents to answer questions, take actions, or interact with systems using Power Virtual Agents.\n\nDeveloping application and process in SAP PLM, MDG or Master Data\n\nEnsuring the security and compliance of applications and data.\n\nTroubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Platform applications.\n\nProviding support and training toend-users.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nStrong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.\n\nGood understanding of data modeling and database design.\n\nExperience in SAP PLM development is preferred\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills.\n\nFamiliarity with process mapping and flowcharting.\n\nExcellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines.\n\nReporting Relationships\nRole reports toSenior Director, Tech & Innovation Technology\nAll persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.Skills:\nPay Range:\nUnited States: 124,600 - 148,200 USD\nBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
