The project focuses on transforming business ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions, with engineers involved across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support. The environment is primarily backend-focused while also requiring regular frontend development and AI integration into customer-facing products and business workflows.\nRequirements\nYour Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python\n\nContribute to frontend development, including React-based applications\n\nDefine technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment\n\nIntegrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions\n\nEnsure high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\n\nSupport and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices\n\nBusiness level proficiency in the English language - written and verbal.\n\nKey Requirements:\n5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, including 5+ years of backend development with Python\n\n2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable\n\nStrong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support\n\nExperience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support\n\nExperience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions\n\nAbility to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders\n\nBusiness level proficiency in the English language - written and verbal.\n\nOur Promise (what you can expect from us):\n20-25k PLN on B2B\n\nFully remote work\n\nA unique opportunity to take your career to the next level - we’re looking for people who want to create an impact.
