Each Personal Concierge owns their guests and delivers seamless service that eliminates guest stress and builds brand bond.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nActively represents the hotel and BHC within all interactions\n\nMaintains communication with guests during their stay, actioning and owning all guest requests\n\nEnsures guest rooms are tailored to guest preferences\n\nProvides the welcome and check-in experience for guests arriving on property\n\nProvides packing and unpacking services\n\nServes an evening apertif at the guest room using a custom mobile bar\n\nOwns customer experience elements, including service recovery (escalating when needed)\n\nEngages with guests and takes part in enhancing their visit\n\nCoordinates with Housekeeping and Engineering\n\nBuilds relationships and rapport with guests pre, during, and post -stay\n\nFacilitates fond farewell for departing guests\n\nSupports the planning and coordination of special guest recognition\n\nWorks at the busiest time including evenings, weekends, holidays while properly leading the team\n\nUnderstands what objectives are important to the hotel and ensures the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations\n\nTreat guests, team members and third-party vendors with courtesy, respect, and dignity\n\nPractices preventative safety procedures daily\n\nMust maintain stability, dependability, and professionalism when faced with changing, stressful, and challenging situations\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned for the operation\n\nREQUIRED STRENGTHS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:\nEnjoys multi-tasking and communicating in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLikes to engage with people and understand what makes them unique.\n\nTakes action in making things happen and can adapt when needed.\n\nStrong customer service skills, guest relationship experience.\n\nKnowledge of front and back of house operations.\n\nFluent and professional communication both written and verbal.\n\nWorks well under pressure, multitasking, and team player.\n\nExtreme attention to detail in all areas, organizational skills, and thinks strategically.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a colleague to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nMust be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds.\n\nMust be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.\n\nThe role may require extended periods of time on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.\n\nGood hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.\n\nAvailable to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\n\n_______________________________________________________________________________\nBHC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
