For more information, please visitthe.team.\nJob Description\nWe’re a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for an amazing Creative Director to join our fast-growing team!\nWho You Are -\nIn addition to being an amazing creative and rigorous thinker (obviously!) we’re looking for a collaborative Creative Director who is as passionate about the intersection of design, strategy and technology as we are. Someone who’s excited to inspire a talented team of copywriters and art directors to new creative heights while helping craft innovative ideas that leave clients beaming.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAs one of our senior leaders, you’ll lead the charge across multiple projects while maintaining quality control of the creative team’s output. From anticipating client callouts to knowing what production is going to say about a concept, you’ll use your keen sixth sense and experience to identify problems before they happen- helping the creative process run smoother while making ideas and teams stronger.\nAdditionally, you’ll collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategy that push them to bigger and better places, all while staying on top of industry trends that keep brands relevant in their respective space.\nOther Responsibilities -\nOwn the creative output and help maintain quality control\nUnderstand big picture objectives for clients and agency\nMaintain positive relationship with interdepartmental teams and clients\nWork with third party vendors and/or partner agencies\nAnticipate challenges across projects and teams\nHelp manage work plans and team needs on current and upcoming projects\nDevelop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n10+ years relevant experience, with 3+ years direct experience managing creative accounts\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc\nAbility to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite\nPrior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial\nProactive ability to think strategically and creatively\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong attention to detail and highly organized\nAbility to multi-task\nBase salary range: $150-200K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.\nActual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
