Along with the team the Supervisor must perform preventative maintenance, paint, and fix necessary repairs to the hotel and restaurant equipment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager.\nGeneral Maintenance: 60%\nPerform all duties and responsibilities of a maintenance technician.\nEnsure that after hours access into secured hotel areas are properly authorized, monitored, and documented\nHandle deliveries received during non-business hours\nWork with outside agencies (i.e.., police) and contractors\nCoordinate emergency situations\nCheck surveillance when requested to assist with investigations\nEnsure all required repairs and maintenance is performed using proper equipment\nPerform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment, fixtures, and other assets\nPerform daily walk through of the property\nAssist guests in the event of an emergency\nProvide standard security 24 hours per day\nGuest Services: 30%\nReview hotel status and follow up actions with the previous shift employee\nEnsure all non-hotel personnel arriving at employee entrance are properly escorted while on property\nProvide escorts for guests or employees, if requested\nInvestigate all emergencies\nPatrol the property with specified equipment, checking all designated points and document all actions taken\nResolve safety hazard situations\nEnsure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests with room access\nInvestigate suspicious persons on hotel property\nConduct designated investigations into theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints and other guest complaints; complete documents reports\nRespond to the scene of guest/employee accident promptly; administers first aid/CPR; AED (only if certified); communicate specified information to EMS/medical personnel as required\nAdministrative Tasks: 10%\nMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/standard operating procedures/standards\nMaintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
