# Software Engineering Technical Lead

Introduction We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Technical Lead to play a key role within a Software Engineering Centre of Excellence. This role is focused on turning engineering standards and guardrails into practical, scalable solutions across the SDLC — including reusable technical patterns, automated controls, integrated tooling, dashboards and developer enablement. Duties & Responsibilities As the Software Engineering Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership within the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence and help turn engineering standards, guardrails and governance requirements into practical, scalable solutions across the software delivery lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: Implementing software engineering standards, controls and governance within engineering tools and delivery workflows. Designing and maintaining reusable CI/CD pipeline components, templates, quality gates, automated checks and technical control points.
