This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and eager to learn how accurate financial records, strong controls, and timely reporting help a business make better decisions.\n\nYour Responsibilities will be:\n\nAssist with daily accounting and finance operations, including data entry, invoice recording, payment updates, receipts, and expense claims. \n\nSupport account reconciliation and document checking to ensure finance records are accurate, complete, and properly supported. \n\nAssist in preparing finance reports, schedules, trackers, and management summaries for cash flow, expenses, revenue, and other business updates. \n\nMaintain organised finance documents and filing records, including invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, claims, contracts, audit and tax supporting documents. \n\nProvide basic payroll support by helping compile attendance, leave, claims, allowance, and other payroll-related information when required.\n\nRequirements\nWe are seeking an individual who:\n\nIs currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in:\n\nAccounting\n\nFinance\n\nBusiness Administration\n\nEconomics\n\nManagement\n\nOr any related discipline\n\nIs passionate about both numbers - No need for extensive knowledge at this stage, but a genuine curiosity about how finance contribute to business development is essential.\n\nDemonstrates strong attention to detail and organisation - Capable of managing documents, numbers, records and deadlines meticulously.\n\nIs proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic familiarity with spreadsheets is advantageous and a willingness to learn about formulas, trackers and basic reporting tools is a bonus.\n\nExhibits effective communication skills - Can engage respectfully and professionally with colleagues, candidates, vendors and team members.\n\nIs reliable and trustworthy - Able to manage sensitive finance and payroll information with discretion and professionalism.\n\nIs proactive and eager to learn - We appreciate interns who ask questions, take initiative and are receptive to feedback.\n\nCan work both independently and within a team - Should be comfortable taking responsibility for assigned tasks while also collaborating with others.\n\nMaintains a positive work attitude -
