In this role, you will contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality features while growing your expertise in native Android development. You will work in a collaborative, remote-first environment alongside experienced engineers, contributing to both new features and ongoing improvements to the app.\nHow you will contribute in this role:\nDevelop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks.\nBuild user interfaces and features in collaboration with Product and Design.\nContribute to application architecture and code quality within the team.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nDebug issues and help improve application performance and stability.\nParticipate in code reviews and team engineering practices.\nWork with backend services and APIs to deliver end-to-end functionality.\nSupport testing, release, and CI/CD processes.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExperience in Android development.\nProficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Android frameworks (e.g. Jetpack Compose, Android SDK).\nExperience building and shipping mobile applications.\nUnderstanding of mobile development fundamentals, including UI patterns and performance considerations.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.\nExposure to testing practices and CI/CD workflows.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively\nWorking Arrangements\nThe majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required. \nAI usage for your application\nWe are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
