You will lead and implement manufacturing plans and develop methodologies for the Electrical Wire Harness Integration Laboratory. Your role involves utilizing expertise in wire harness manufacturing processes. (Utilizes knowledge of Wire Harness manufacturing process such as wire cutting, routing, splicing, crimping, soldering, shielding, assembling final harness, testing, inspecting). Incorporating the same in wire harness designs. Designing harnesses as per the requirements while maintaining compliance with the applicable standards. Additionally, you'll interface with suppliers, manage material procurement, oversee inventory, and implement lean principles.
