Pre-wires / Installations / Infills / Renovations / GBGS Deployments\nCreate and maintain resource plans and individual/main project schedules\n\nBook travel for internal & external resources (airfare, lodging, ground transportation, etc.)\n\nSchedule project logistics: load-in, load-out, hotshots, etc.\n\nPack, organize, and inventory project boxes (install, scenic, and tech materials)\n\nOrder, coordinate, and maintain the logistics of project materials\n\nMaintain and update labor resource tracking\n\nPerform travel trips as needed for training, development, and on-site support\n\nAssist with in-shop Quality Control\n\nUpdate and maintain Install SOPs and guides\n\nTech Install Support\nAssist Tech Install Leads with technical documentation:\nCreating Wiring Sheets / Wire Calculations\n\nIT plansets with site-specific details\n\nIntegrating IT, A/V, and Security Plans\n\nKick-off Documentation / Travel Plans\n\nOrganizing jobsite notes / feedback\n\nPM Department Support\nAssist Project Managers with documentation:\nReviewing project architecture plans for accuracy and noting redlines\n\nReviewing and completing site-specific / take-off sheets\n\nOrganizing jobsite notes / feedback\n\nControls Engineering (Support)\nAssist with sourcing and/or ordering of new game products/materials\n\nAssist with the organization of new game content/documentation\n\nAssist with shop build document redlines\n\nAssist with creating new project HMIs / HMI changes\n\nAssist with new development documentation\n\nAct as fill-in for Development Meetings in the absence of Controls Leadership\n\nJob Requirements: *On-the-job training for skills without prior knowledge/experience*\nA love for escape rooms and interactive media\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills\n\nContagiously positive, can-do attitude\n\nLoves to “win”\n\nStrong communication skills -
