The Site Supervisor serves as the on-site leader during installation projects, overseeing daily crew activities, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to TEG’s quality standards. This role is the primary point of contact on the job site for project leadership, general contractors, and other trades. The Site Supervisor has the integral responsibility of Delivering Epic Interactive Experiencesto our guests through hands-on leadership and the successful execution of installation projects.\nPay & Benefits:\nSalary of $65,000-$75,000, starting compensation based on experience\nRegular 5 hours of weekly overtime\n\nEligible for HQ Bonus\n\nEligible for TEG HQ Full-Time Benefits\n\n8 Paid Holidays + 15 PTO Days\n\nHours & Schedule:\nExpected Weekly Hours: 40 - 45 while in-office, 70+ hours weekly while traveling\n\nTravel Expectations: Frequent (85%+ of the workload)\nTrips are up to 32 days consecutively, 10.5-hour working days (minus break)\n\nTrips are local and out-of-state. Travel is paid for and booked by The Escape Game.\n\nExpected Schedule:\nOffice: Monday - Friday (day shift)\n\nInstallation: Monday - Friday plus weekends (Dayshift / Midshift / Nightshift - depends on installation schedule, weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek)\nRest is accrued at a rate of 6 days @ 60 hours = 1 rest day; 7 days @ 70 hours = 2 rest days. Rest days stack over the course of an entire project.\n\nEmergency Travel: As needed, could include nights & weekends with extended hours\n\nOncall: Yes\n\nJob Responsibilities, including but not limited to:\n*On-the-job training possible for skills without prior knowledge/experience*\nSite Leadership\nServe as the on-site lead, managing day-to-day crew activities and workflow during installation projects\n\nCoordinate with project leadership, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedule\n\nConduct daily crew briefings, assign tasks, and ensure all team members understand daily objectives\n\nMonitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures\n\nTrack and communicate daily progress, issues, and schedule impacts to project leadership\n\nReview floor plans, elevations, and Install Guide Standards to ensure proper component installation\n\nManage on-site materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate deliveries and staging\n\nPerform quality checks throughout the installation process and lead punch-list completion\n\nMentor and develop Installers on-site, providing guidance on techniques and best practices\n\nInstallation Work (Accomplish the following by empowering the Teams onsite and assisting where needed)\nWork with various forms of flooring such as LVT, “Grass” Carpet, Rolled Vinyl, etc.\n\nWork with various forms of wall panels - Max Metal, Rock Panels, Siding, Finished MDF, etc.\n\nWork with various forms of masonry - Concrete Mixing, Stucco, Bricks/Thin-bricks, CMU Tiles, Dryvit\n\nWork with various forms of trim - Ceiling Grid, Cove Base, Bead-board, Wainscotting, Crown-molding, Faux-columns, etc.\n\nPerform Scenic/Art work such as painting, staining, aging/distressing, murals, etc.\n\nInstall Components using the Install Guide, Standards, and Project Elevations\n\nMisc.
