For more information, please visitTHE.TEAM.\nJob Overview\nThe Event Site Manager is a key member of the experienced and solution-driven Solutions Group team. This role will work closely with the Sales team to support opportunities from an informational and concept development perspective. Using their strong industry experience and technical knowledge, he/she manages internal and external project expectations from the preliminary opportunity stages through completion. The conclusion of the Event Site Managers' efforts yields a fully defined build and install plan for the internal project teams to execute and deliver. In some instances, the Event Site Manager will be responsible for managing a project from start to finish. This is not a commission-based role.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDirect and manage client communication with ability to persuade clients to favorable conclusions using experience of best practices and technical solutions.\nWorks cross-functionally with multiple subject matter experts and teams, including sales, estimating, project planning, graphic & mechanical design, and contracts to deliver comprehensive project build and install plans.\nReview project solutions considering client needs/specifications and site surveys to accurately determine requirements for manufacturing and installation.\nLead project efforts until execution of the contract.\nProduce project schedules and timelines for all phases of manufacturing, delivery, and installation.\nDefine and develop project deliverables relative to offerings (scoping projects).\nManage estimates and quotes from vendors, partners, and onsite subcontractors.\nProvide internal stakeholders with status reports of pre-contract projects.\nWork closely with various departments on a collaborative basis to deliver high-quality projects within established timelines.\nConduct off-site tasks as required for items such as site surveys, installation/dismantle oversight, and client walkthroughs.\nTravel is required and may be moderate to heavy on occasion.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n Required Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to learn and master the project workflows, production operations, and various internal processes.\nAbility to progressively think through issues, solve problems, and present solutions both internally and externally.\nThrives under pressure and enjoys tackling challenges.\nAbility to interface with clients through all communication mediums and in person.
