This may involve setting goals and objectives, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members.\nLeading the hiring process, defining the needs, the job description, conducting the interviews and onboarding newcomers.\nSupporting and challenging the team in their main design choices and development logic\nOverseeing the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
