Architecture\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions.\n\nBuild and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.\n\nDevelop batch and real-time data processing frameworks.\n\nDesign and implement data models that support reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.\n\nEstablish best practices for data architecture, governance, and security.\n\nData Platform Management\nManage and optimize cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure.\n\nMonitor performance, reliability, and availability of data systems.\n\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.\n\nImplement automated data validation and monitoring processes.\n\nAnalytics & Business Enablement\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to understand data requirements.\n\nDeliver high-quality datasets for dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics.\n\nSupport AI and machine learning initiatives by creating reliable data pipelines.\n\nDevelopment & Automation\nBuild and maintain ETL/ELT workflows.\n\nAutomate data ingestion and transformation processes.\n\nImplement CI/CD practices for data engineering projects.\n\nOptimize database performance and query efficiency.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nMentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance.\n\nCollaborate with technology, product, and business teams on strategic data initiatives.\n\nParticipate in architecture reviews and technology evaluations.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n5-8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python.\n\nExperience building and managing large-scale data pipelines.\n\nHands-on experience with data warehousing solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
