Leadership & Supervision\nSupervise 6-10 staff (Education & Training Coordinators, Community Service Coordinators, Support Services Consultant).\n\nEnsure 95%+ staff adherence to performance standards and contract goals.\n\nProvide quarterly performance coaching and conduct formal annual evaluations.\n\nIssue measurable monthly team goals; 85%+ met or exceeded each quarter.\n\nMaintain annual staff turnover below 10% through effective hiring and retention.\n\nStrategic Partnership & Program Oversight\nCollaborate quarterly with Strategic Sector Leads to identify 3+ new sector-specific training opportunities annually.\n\nOversee Circle of Support partnership engagement and ensure 100% of identified service gaps are resolved within 30 days.\n\nIncrease slot availability by 15% year-over-year to match client Positions of Interest (POI).\n\nReview and approve 100% of MOUs within 5 business days.\n\nClient Engagement & Retention\nFacilitate 2+ case conferences monthly to address client participation barriers.\n\nTrack client placement and retention with 80%+ retention at 90 days for placements through Community Partnerships.\n\nRespond to 100% of client complaints within 5 business days and document resolution.\n\nImplement 2+ innovative strategies annually to improve engagement and participation.\n\nPartner Relations & Compliance\nEnsure Community Partnerships staff conduct monthly meetings with 100% of active partners.\n\nDocument partner feedback and action items in SEAMS/FedcapCARES within 3 business days.\n\nEnsure 95%+ compliance with attendance and documentation, entered within 2 business days.\n\nOversee contract compliance with zero NYC HRA violations per reporting period.\n\nReporting & Development\nPrepare and submit 100% of required statistical reports accurately and on time.\n\nIdentify and coordinate 2+ professional development trainings per year for each team member.\n\nTrack the progress of business development plan quarterly.\n\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.\n\nAt least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in Workforce Development.\n\nAt least 2 years of case management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nExperience working with public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, or individuals facing employment barriers is preferred.\n\nPreferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English).\n\nSkills & Competencies\nPassion for Fedcap’s
