Summary:\nThe Timekeeping Coordinator is responsible for collecting and entering the engagement hours of participants at assigned WeCAREactivities and for providing reports and administrative support as needed.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollection of participants’ timekeeping hours in both hard copy and electronic form.\n\nAnalyze timekeeping entries in FedcapCARES, the Fedcap WeCAREinternal system.\n\nEnter timekeeping data into HRA’s timekeeping component of SEAMS, the HRA system of record.\n\nPrint reports and review for errors and inconsistencies.\n\nWork with other staff members to identify potential issues with participant timekeeping.\n\nScan and catalogue timesheets and other related documents into FedcapCARESand SEAMS.\n\nEnter participant demographic data and action codes and scan documents into computerized databases.\n\nIf necessary, perform telephone outreach to individuals who have failed to register any timekeeping within a given period.\n\nYou're a great fit for this role if you have:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n\nBachelor or associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.\n\nOne (1) or more years of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience\n\nAbility to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality.\n\nExperience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus.\n\nCompensation\n$19.72-$20.68/hr./$41k-$43k annually\nEqual Opportunity
