The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise, specialty coffee knowledge, and a genuine appreciation for personalized hospitality. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional product quality, leading a motivated service team, and creating a welcoming yet sophisticated café experience that reflects the Club's distinctive standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily café operations, ensuring efficient service, consistent product quality, and an inviting atmosphere for members and guests.\n\nSupervise, coach, and motivate the café team, ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming guidelines, and operational procedures.\n\nMaintain high standards of coffee preparation, beverage presentation, food quality, and overall service consistency.\n\nBuild strong relationships with members, recognizing individual preferences and delivering thoughtful, personalized service.\n\nConduct daily briefings, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance to ensure smooth operations during peak service periods.\n\nManage stock levels, product ordering, inventory rotation, and wastage while maintaining effective cost controls.\n\nCollaborate with Culinary and Beverage teams to introduce seasonal offerings, enhance menu selections, and maintain product innovation.\n\nAddress member feedback and service concerns with professionalism, discretion, and timely resolution.\n\nEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and health and safety standards.\n\nDesired Skill & Expertise\nDesired Skills & Competencies\nDiploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline is preferred.\n\n3-5 years of experience in café or Food & Beverage operations, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within premium cafés, specialty coffee concepts, private members clubs, or luxury hospitality environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, brewing techniques, beverage preparation, and contemporary café trends.\n\nProven ability to lead, develop, and motivate service teams while maintaining consistent operational standards.\n\nExcellent member engagement and interpersonal skills with a polished, attentive, and service-oriented approach.\n\nCommercial awareness with experience in inventory management, cost control, upselling, and operational efficiency.\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nProficiency in POS systems, inventory platforms, and café operational reporting
