Job Summary The Data Analytics Manager at The Fischer Group leads the development of data warehousing, reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions that help teams make day-to-day decisions. You’ll guide the BI team and shape how organizational reporting and analytics are designed, developed, and delivered. Working across business teams, technology partners, and senior leaders, you’ll turn data needs into reliable systems, useful dashboards, and actionable recommendations. This role combines complex project leadership with the opportunity to strengthen data practices and support teams in using analytics effectively.
