You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.\n\nIf you enjoy owning the full journey from customer problem to shipped product—and you're excited by AI, automation, and short-term rentals—we want to meet you.\n\nWhat You'll Build\n\nAs a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale Base360.ai across the entire short-term rental lifecycle.\n\nYou'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate.\n\nYour work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting.\n\nYour Mission\n\nUnderstand Customer Problems\n\nWork directly with property managers and internal teams to understand their workflows, identify friction, and decide which problems are worth solving.\n\nBuild Products End-to-End\n\nTake features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment. Own the complete experience and how it performs in production.\n\nCreate Intuitive User Experiences\n\nWork with designers to make complex short-term rental operations easy to manage.
