Join our passionate, professional team in our state-of-the-art preschool, where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is celebrated every day.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage children in meaningful interactions that support development. \nStep into classrooms to support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences. \nHelp maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routine. \nCommunicate respectfully and professionally with teachers and leadership. \nModel a supportive and flexible team-oriented attitude. \nSupervise children and maintain safety standards. \nFollow all policies, procedures, and licensing regulations. \nAssist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and completing classroom tasks. \nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Pay: The pay range for this position is $17.20-$21.25 per hour, based on education and experience\n Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; childcare tuition discount; paid holidays; and professional development opportunities\nCareer Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our growing organization\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, and ECC Teacher Certification (required).\nPrevious experience in early childhood settings preferred. \nCPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. \nMeets all state-specific licensing and experience requirements. \nKnowledge, Skills and Physical Requirements:\nEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. (Required)\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPassion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care.\nIntermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
