If you have a desire and passion to make a difference in the lives of children and parents, The Gardner School is the place for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nClassroom Support & Child Engagement\nAssist with diapering, feeding, transitions, and learning activities\nEngage children in meaningful interactions that support development\nStep into classrooms to support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences\nEnvironment & Operational Support\nHelp maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routine\nSupport setup and cleanup of materials and classroom activities\nReport supply needs or safety concerns to the leadership team\nProvide support and assistance throughout the school. \nAssist with special projects\nTeam Collaboration & Communication\nCommunicate respectfully and professionally with teachers and leadership\nFollow classroom routines and directions from Lead or Assistant Teachers\nModel a supportive and flexible team-oriented attitude\nSafety & Licensing Compliance\nSupervise children and maintain safety standards\nFollow all policies, procedures, and licensing regulations\nAssist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and completing classroom tasks\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required).\nEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required).\nAbility to reliably community to school’s location.\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, sufficient to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff, implement curriculum and safety procedures, and complete written reports.\nMeet all applicable state licensing requirements for education and experience.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently lifts or moves weight as in lifting, carrying, and holding children and infants of 10 to 60 pounds\nAbility to bend, reach, and move freely between classrooms\nRegular and reliable attendance\nAbility to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation\nThe Gardner School is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years.
