Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction is essential.\nTechnical & Leadership Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, sound knowledge of construction methods and workmanship standards, and strong team supervision and organisational skills.\nHealth & Safety: Practical knowledge of site safety procedures and risk control.\nCertifications: NC4 in Scaffolding will be an advantage.\nLanguages & IT: Proficiency in English, French, and Mauritian Creole. Spoken Hindi and basic computer skills will be an advantage.\nMobility: A valid Mauritian driving license is mandatory.
