vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval strategies in AI applications.\n\n- Lead the integration of Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct, and LLMOps tools.\n\n- Ensure observability, security, governance, and performance of AI systems.\n\n- Develop APIs using FastAPI and Flask and manage Azure Functions and Logic Apps.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Employ AI frameworks such as Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.\n\n- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.\n\n- Proficiency in Python and Azure's AI tools and technologies.\n\n- Strong skills in prompt engineering, tool-calling, memory, and context-management.\n\n- Experience with responsible AI, security, governance, cost management, and performance optimization.\n\n- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and structured-output
