Our corporate team drives the strategy, systems, and support that enable schools across the network to thrive.\nPosition Summary\nThe Implementation Consultant role is part of the Operations Excellence Team. The Operations Excellence Team supports the building of tools, resources, and programs to support Goddard Schools. The Team also provides consultative services to all departments on new initiatives and best approaches for roll out.\nThe objective of the Implementation Consultant role is to serve as the conduit between the various departments at GSL sharing innovative IT, curriculum, programming, and operational initiatives to enhance school performance.\nThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for building and deploying standards, programs and tools that elevate operational performance, protects the brand, and builds the Goddard School reputation above and beyond state licensing requirements, ultimately enhancing the franchisee, faculty, and family experience at the school level. The work will be multidisciplined and be dependent on the needs of the franchise organization at any given time.\nThe role will be regionally based and aligned with one of four regions - Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or West. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the Regional Director to assess programs, tools and resources as they are rolled out along with regional assessment including business performance and program quality. They will Partner with Regional Directors in coaching franchise consultants and school leaders on execution of a premier educational program and strong business performance.\nThe Implementation Consultant will provide data analytics for projects within the Operations Excellence department as described in the responsibilities below.\nDevelops content, implementation, communication, and sustainment plans for assigned projects, programs, and initiatives. This may include:Developing advanced and/or innovative implementation and/or piloting strategies to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility prior to rollout.\nLeading multiple tracks of work.\nSetting direction for and coaching partners to achieve results; establishing clear expectations, tactics, and timelines for assigned projects.\nCollecting project feedback and information to identify problems to solve and optimize performance.\nEnsuring programs are designed with effective sustainment strategies and can be integrated with existing tools and processes.\nAnalyzing and evaluating project interdependencies and their impacts; working cross-functionally to fully understand interdependencies and ensure solutions support related tracks of work.\nCollaborates with peers, manager, and interdepartmentally to support and influence decisions on strategic initiatives and projects that impact The Goddard School brand. \n\nAnalyze data to identify meaningful patterns, trends and insights into projects. This includes utilizing the data and outcomes to make informed recommendations and decisions.\nExperience and Competencies\nMinimum Requirements \nBachelor’s degree required.
